Real Estate Market Trend for October 2015 in Mar Vista / Palms (Los Angeles)In Palms - Mar Vista there were 33 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 36 in October 2014 and a 32% increase from the 25 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015 was $1,348,333 compared to $1,246,222 for October 2014, representing an 8% increase. For the three-month period from August to October 2015, the average list price was 16% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was $1,385,723, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $1,370,685. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up.
