What does short sale mean to You?  It could mean a few things to real estate professionals like myself: 1)  My client may have to wait 3-4 months in order to find out if the bank(s) who carries the paper on the house or loans is going to approve the short sales   2)  That my client has to really, REALLY wants the property! 3)  That if my client is the offer who is submitted to the bank(s), then we probably have about a 50/50 chance of it being approved for "short sale" and closing escrow. 4)  You may just get a bargain, or you may have to pay market value for the home. 5)  It may be underpriced, so you may want to recognize that if the market price of the neighborhood where it's located is $300,000 and they are asking, $199,000, then you should probably offer more, Yes, MORE Thank askin...
