Pacific Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA)

While in California during the month of June, I've been providing private Feng Shui consultations and workshops, I also made sure to save time to enjoy the great outdoors to hike. This time around, I swung by the Will Rogers State Historical Park in Pacific Palisades, CA. I prefer not to write too much about what I saw, and instead provide you with just a couple of photos because it really deserves your in-person presence. I will say this, the land was once occupied by the Gabrielino/Tongva Nation until the 1800s due to colonization from Spain. Over the years this area remained untouched until the early 20th century, when Hollywood Actor, Will Roger's family called this 200-acre ranch home for about 24 years. After Mr. Rogers passing, his widow, Betty Rogers, deeded the ranch and its la...

What are you doing this evening on the 4th of July? Probably watching fire works, eating a lot and spending time with friends.  My 4th of July tradition includes all of these while watching firewords on the beach.  Except the fireworks for Marina del Rey beach have been canceled?!.  I'm so disappointed!!  I loved watching fireworks on the beach.  It's so beautiful with the ocean as a back drop.  Enough compaining, we are going to try a new fireworks spot.    The new spot is at Pacific Palisades High.  There is a concert of songs and sing alongs.  Band starts at 6:30pm and Fireworks 9:00pm.  I love this neighborhood too.  I'm sure it will be fun and beautiful.  However, if Marina del Rey decides to do fireworks next year--I'm in!  What are you doing to celebrate the 4th?

If you want to see what's happening in the real estate market, Tuesday from 11 am to 2 pm presents a great opportunity.  Properties for sale are held open for brokers, but buyers and sellers are always welcome.  If you see a real estate flag, it means, "go in," don't feel funny, it's ok. Tell the broker on duty that I sent you! This week, the Riviera had two properties on "caravan."  They were absolutely fabulous, one in the fives (million, that is), and one at fourteen million.  If you buy the fourteen million dollar one, you will live across the street from me.  Can't wait to meet you.  For information about properties in the Riviera, please contact me at 310-801-9805.
