Cypress Point, North Oxnard, CA September 30, 2011 Market Report Cypress Point is a community is another premier community in North Oxnard, Calif. It is very close to the Oxnard River Ridge Community Golf Course. It has some very nice greenbelt areas and is a desirable place to live.   The following two graphics are of the current market and the second is a snapshot of the marketplace last year. Although the number of sales this year seems to be on track with last year's, it is very easy to tell that last years prices were higher and the time the house spent on the market was less as well. Summerfield is another fine community in North Oxnard. The homes here were built gradually in different phases over the years. Their prices have been relatively stable and they have been sought after because of their location in a great area. The first chart is the one that covers the current market. The one below is the snapshot of last year's market.
