44 offers came in on a listing. I was a bidder. Seven offers were countered. (Not us.) How do I know? Because I know a few of the agents who wrote offers. Some of them were in my office. Boot and Shoe Service One Year Anniversary Party, Oakland CA It's hard to believe the hot restaurant Boot and Shoe Service has been open for a year already! About a month ago, I went to have a bite to eat with a friend of mine and had the most amazing crab appetizer amongst other savory dishes. She had been telling me about how awesome the food was and being the foodie she is, I just new I would not be disappointed. The thin crust pizza's with original toppings like wild nettles, potato and leek, and rapini were fantastic, and I was particularly delighted to see their "add on any pizza" menu included an egg--one of my favorite pizza toppings. And if the mouth-watering menu wasn't enough, the small print at the bottom states, "all of our produce, poultry, meat and fish comes from farms, ...
