Newport Boat Show could be a dangerous place to go if you are Lauren Selinsky. Bought my first boat when I in 1996 at the Newport Boat Show and WOW!  I had no idea I would be buying a boat that day............. We are totally into power boats and let me tell you it was fun buying one. We went again in 1999, just to look and ended up upgrading to a 32' Monterey and again! NO IDEA! Yikes Mega Mansion On Auction Block It is sad to see that some one lost their dream.  The home that is going on the auction block is high up on a hilltop.  It is a palace that was once valued at $87 million now bankrupt Newport Coast, Pelican Hill Resort once known as Villa del Lago.
