It's amazing to me how many good buys are out there. Newport Beach a luxury real estate market also has plenty of homes at reduced prices. I held open house this weekend and I was swamped. Non stop buyers coming in looking asking questions. There's that fear of what is happening in the economy, but as I always tell my buyers, if you are planning to purchase a home to stay 5 or more years there is nothing to worry about.
