Moving to a new area can be a bit intimidating. Not knowing what it will be like, not knowing anyone and not knowing a Realtor you can trust can add more anxiety than needed. My name is Mary Campbell and I am a Newport Beach Realtor. I moved here permanently when my husband and I got married in 1984 but I spent a lot of time here as a kid and while dating my husband. It was love at first sight with Newport Beach. As a little girl living in Los Angeles and coming to Newport on the weekends, I always dreamt of living in Newport Beach! I moved here and my love for the area, the weather and the ocean has kept me here and I am grateful to have raised my three children in Newport Beach.                         Customer service has always been the major factor in my career. Working for Nordstr...

Once again Newport Harbor beats Corona Del Mar High School in the Battle of the Bays. The ending score was 37-7. This is the 11th time in the past 10 years that Newport Harbor has won. This year the Sailors defense is exceptional, and I need to mention that's what my baby boy plays. Last nights game was almost a sell out, and it was held at Orange Coast College. The crowd was excited and there was lots of support in the stands. The kids and parents always look forward to this game.  Take a look at a few of the pictures. The Abramo Family above cheering on Gabe Gomez #11. Right before each game starts the mothers of the varsity players let go balloons in the sky. This was last night! The community gets involved! See you next week!

Why Do I Love Living in Coastal Orange County? Pigs, Kids and the Beach! It was another beautiful day in Coast Orange County today, so we decided to run off to the beach.   It's always great to go down to the River Jetty at the mouth of the Santa Ana River with the kids.   The water tends to be warmer, and sometimes, if we're lucky, there are large puddles in which the children can play.   Today, there was a pet pig.  I've seen many people bring their dogs down to the jetty, but this was the first day I've ever seen a pet pig there.   My sons were pretty uninterested in the pig and far more interested in getting back in the water.   Do you want to take advantage of having a Coastal Orange County home?  Interested in first time home buyer programs for Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley...

I am so passionate about high school football this year, because its my youngest sons senior year at Newport Harbor High. He has been on the foot ball team but this is senior year and  they have started out with a bang! Last night Newport Harbor beat Loyola 28-14 when Loyola was suppose to be the winning team. This year Newport has a new running back Cedric Whitaker who transferred from San Francisco this summer. The 5'8' 160 lb. kid is awesome! He hasn't played in 4 years and he does make it look so easy. You have to see him.   If you live near Newport Beach, come see the biggest game of the season "Battle of the Bays", when Rivals Corona Del Mar High and Newport Harbor High play next Thursday night September 24th at Orange Coast College at 7:00 pm. This game is always at the college ...

Frames not supported Above you can see the latest statistics in Newport Beach. There are plenty of great buys out there, you just need a Realtor that knows what and where to look in Newport Beach for great buys. I just came across an incredible buy this evening as I was researching the MLS. There is a condo in Newport 2bd/2bth in walking distance to the ocean listed for $325,000. That was unheard of in the past couple of years. Today it is doable! To search homes for sale in Newport Beach please visit my website at www.YourNewportHome.com

Living in the Dover Shores neighborhood for the past 27 years has made me aware of how fortunate I am. Dover Shores is a neighborhood built in the 1950's-1960's. The beauty of it, is that although there are many original residents, a large portion of the homes have been updated. Dover Shores is an ecletic neighborhood. I have seen prices in the $200,000's in the 1980's shoot to $1,000,000 in 2005. Presently you will find homes in the $800,000's all the way to $3,000,000. Take a look at homes for sale in the Dover Shores/Westcliff neighborhood. For more information feel free to contact me. or visit my website at www.YourNewportHome.com

Newport Beach Homes and Condos Sales Report If you wonder whether this economy has impacted in anyway cities like Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Dana Point, Rancho Santa Margarita, the answer is very simple. It has impacted the sales volume, but not in a way to be worried about, keep in mind that "high end properties" always take longer time to sell than traditional homes. The total units sold in the last 4 months (May, June, July and August) reflect a very steady and consistent market.   This graph can show you the total unit sold in the last 4 months. It is great! considering that we are in the middle of the ugliest financial crisis in the last 20 years, the number are very good. If you are a buyer and wants to acquire a property in the area of Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Dana ...
