SOLD in Pulte's Bremerton at the Vineyard, Murrieta 1-2014 We're out distributing this flyer today and the next few days in Murrieta.  The home was the first on the market report of recent sold listings as of January 2014, on Madeira Ln. Market Report for Murrieta, CA - West Side's The Vineyard, Pulte Homes for Sale The Vineyard by Pulte homes is a neighborhood that was built out primarily in 2005.  It is supposed to have a community pool and new elementary school coming in across the Murrieta Creek to the west, but those plans have been put on hold in the recession.  Homes range from apx 3100 sq ft to 4000 sq ft.
