Have you ever been to Muir Woods National Monument? Diane and I have been there once, when my parents were visiting us. We went, strictly because, my dad insisted on seeing Muir Woods. Thanks to my dad we had a truly enjoyable  day and we all were amazed at this magnificent park.  Ever since then, we have been talking about it for the past 15+ years what a great time we had.Now we can finally say that, we have been there a second time, this time, because my friend’s wife wanted to visit the Sequoias. She thought this would be such a wonderful opportunity to see these thousand-year-old and older trees, in light of the fact, that we were staying for a couple days in San Francisco it was a skip hop from the city. The Perfectly Smooth Blend of Customer Service Some of my mornings get behind schedule more quickly than I'd like to admit.  There are days when the obligations of child care and my non-negotiable self-pact to exercise will have me in a mad scramble to get to the office before the stress load becomes difficult for my team to handle without my involvement.  On those days I will sometimes stop at my neighborhood Jamba Juice on the way down to the office.  Now the Jamba staff would likely not confuse me for a "regular," but as you have probably experienced, even somewhat routine visits to a food service establishment can make it seem like you're dealing with the same folks practically every time.  So it wasn't more than a couple of stop-ins before Angel knew my order preference.  A handful... 11/06/2017

Don't Get Tricked by the 4506 What better time of year than Halloween to talk about being tricked?  One of the ways unsuspecting borrowers can fall prey to one of the worst tricks in the mortgage business is to run into issues with IRS Form 4506T.  This form, which can be found HERE, allows a third party, such as a mortgage lender, to request a transcript of your tax return.  And request it we will!  Any time we have a "fully documented" loan, which is the vast majority of cases, we'll make sure that what the borrower shows us on his tax returns is the same information provided to the IRS.  The 4506-T will be sent from the lender to the IRS and the transcript that comes back permits the lender to, line by line, make sure that what we are using for credit approval is exactly what the IRS... 10/26/2017
