I went on a listing presentation the other day, it was a great Duplex in the Mid- City area of Los Angeles. I got so exited and distracted when I saw the kitchen stove. The Sellers were selling due to a family memeber who passed away. I could hardly contain myself that the home had an O'Keaf and Merritt stove. Can I share how much I would have loved to have that stove?
