Speechless Sunday: Oscar Party Finger food.... Well as most of you know Hollywood's biggest night was tonight. Ironically they did not have a host. In spite of that the show went on for about 3:15 minutes. Yes I had to watch so I can talk about it to most of my local clients. Gratefully little political diatribe took place for a change....Diane wanted finger food so with that said check out this plate and can you name all the ingredients? If yes feel free to guess and mention them in the comments:))) If you are looking for a knowledgeable, focused and goal-oriented Realtor in the Beverly Hills area who will help you achieve your Real Estate goals, please reach out to me directly! If you are looking for a pet friendly Beverly Hills Realtor who can handle and sell the most difficult prope...

Would you consider relocating to a city based on the fact, that you could buy with bad or great credit?I just read an article on R.com and it made me pause. Their headline was bragging about ten places in the US where you can buy a home with bad credit. My first reaction was WHY would they publish something like this? Then my second reaction was, in Real Estate there are cause and effects to headlines like this. Third have they thought through what their headline’s ramifications will be on those local markets? Just to grab the attention they are willing to cause adverse reactions in those communities. What if people believed the article? As I kept reading further, I noticed that, not only did they address each town and what they were basing their information on, but they had a counter po...

Not your father’s Hollywood: There are about $6.8 Billion worth of New Developments in the works. This post was inspired by some of the comments and negative information I have seen on the Internet, reference to the subject, that the Real Estate Market is slowing. Let me be clear, big developers look five years out in their studies and then begin the process of building. Here in the greater Los Angeles area, there are numerous large developments that are in various stages of development. In other words, some are meandering through the planning department, others are in different levels of completion. The Developers are creating an urban revitalization in an area, that used to be considered, well let’s just say not a dynamic neighborhood. This unparalleled urban revitalization is creating ...

There was so much hype around the musical Hamilton, at least in my reading material, that I could not escape it. I tried not to read much about the show because I did not want anything to alter my experience. Being at the theatre is magical all by itself. Magic happens up there on stage and it transforms a person.I was not in the least disappointed. In fact, I didn't even care my seats were not front and center, we were about midway on the floor. The energy was somewhat overwhelming and the show definitely exceeded expectations. You can see more photographs of the Pantages and read more in my personal blog today at this link: Hamilton at the Hollywood Pantages Simply Astounds.
