The 56th Oriental Food Bazaar in Loomis is set for March 6, 2010.    If you have ever attended,  your mouth is probably watering for the Teriyaki Chicken or Kushiyaki Beef.  My personal favorite is the Chow Mein that is still being made, using the same family recipe, as it has been made for the last 56 years.  If you have never been to the Bazaar, do yourself a flavor favor and check it out.      Of course, there are the other favorites like sushi and freshly made desserts.  This year at 1:00, 2:00 and 3:00, Soju (Sumie Ward) and her students will have a Japanese Tea Ceremony demonstration.         So, MARK YOUR CALENDAR for MARCH 6 ORIENTAL FOOD BAZAAR in LOOMIS at Del Oro High School 3301 Taylor Rd. Staging adds value to a Loomis Ca Country Property! The sellers called on One Step Staging to give a staging consultation for the outside of the home. The 2 acre property has an expansive area of features: it boasts a pond, vineyard, fruit trees, guest house, bridge connecting the yard to the main home, fountains and an expanse of lawn, and 2 house on the lot. It is truly a dream home. The property needed some major clean up and maintenance. The lawns were over grown and drying out from lack of water. It needed sprinkler repairs. I recommended that he have a skilled landscaper do some of the repairs. I recommend pruning the trees from the exterior of the home so they would frame the house. Mowing, edging, and fertilizer plus adding lots of mulch really made this yard look more maintain... 08/04/2007
