Working with you and for you; I’m your local Realtor! It’s time to list your home, get educated and be smart; interview local Realtors and find the one that’s going to work with you, as well as for you. If you want to sell your home, picking the best Realtor and discussing fees will save you money and headaches! Just like we want to choose the right doctor, we also need to choose the right real-estate agent. For consumers getting ready to list their home, they need to be aware; real-estate agent’s charges can be as high as seven percent, and I’ve seen as low as three percent on listings. For those paying attention, that’s thousands of dollars riding between three and seven percent. Working with you and for you; I’m your local Realtor! One of the biggest differences between choosing a do...

Qualities that make my character! Experiences we take in makes-up much of our character qualities we acquire. Qualities we like in others, are qualities we like to portray! Inversely, the same is true about the qualities we don’t like; we’ll never want to portray qualities we don’t like.    Qualities can be learned. One important factor to understand regarding our character qualities; they are learned and there’s always room for improvement. Awareness and honesty is the very first step necessary to improve on any poor qualities. Regardless of the quality, it’s never too late to rid yourself of any poor qualities; you just have to be aware and honest.   We all want others to see greatness in us. There’re several great qualities most individuals recognize early-on in their life. There’s s...

A Healthy Real Estate Finance Market & Underwriting Standards! You can’t blame the American consumer or Investor! The one thing that’s for sure it’s not the American Consumers or the American Investors fault the real-estate housing market crashed. The historical low interest rates are the underwriting factors alongside the municipalities funding projects to help those still underwater is the perfect weapon and defense against a sliding housing market.   The best way to stop a healthy real-estate housing market is blatant erroneous nameless online real-estate posts; this behavior from an online real-estate website is bad for the real-estate consumer. “Shame on a site that consistently allows nameless misguided individuals the platform to post information to real-estate consumers that’s t...

Consumers, be afraid of the unknown! Consumers deserve the best access to information possible; restricting consumer’s access to the internet is not in the consumer’s best interest. Consumers are better off when their decisions are empowered with the best information available to them. A website must adhere to specific regulations to ensure fair publication, unfortunately there are some website that escape persecution by unethical antics such as, “terms of condition & anonymous contributors” Websites pretending to establish this constitution right (fair publication), BUT doesn’t implement it, and intentionally deceives consumers is the real infection in Real Estate. The United States Supreme Court has repeatedly recognized, “ALL United States Constitutional rights extend to the internet...

By the water-cooler; “not too many boring moments”  The water-cooler talk always gets exciting when the discussion is about the “Open House”, but yesterday; something had to be in the water! "Yesterday debating the Open-House”; it seemed the water-cooler juice went fast as many drank from it.   A crowd gathered around (2) Agents with two unique personalities that slammed into each other yesterday; they saw the, “Open-House” completely different!   I actually started to agree with the Agent (1) who’s passionate about the (open-house) being good no- matter what. The crowd went crazy when Agent (1) laid into Agent (2), the “cynic”. It became silent when Agent (1), directed “Listen Smarty Pants” at Agent (2). What led to this heated debate was a simple question asked by a cynic. It was sort...
