This homeowner needed to sell her house quickly so she did everything she needed to do to insure the house was ready to sell.  Not only did she call me and have the vacant home staged but she also had it professionally cleaned and painted on the outside. She consulted with her Realtor to price it correctly and within 24 hours of listing she had 3 offers.  The house is now in escrow and I'm proud to be a part of another successful sale.
