Here is some info on which Rossmoor Towers manors sold last year, and also current listings.22 manors in The Towers were sold in 2009, with an average price of $110,030. Penthouse #1451 was the highest-priced manor and this sold for $397,000. Here are details on the other manors that sold.No Plan A manors sold in 2009, but manor #1156 is in "pending" status. The City Council of Laguna Woods approved a permit this last week to allow Sprint cellular to up grade their wireless facility near the El Toro Water District water tank.  The permit required new antennas to be changed and resemble trees.  Sprint is granted three more cellular antennas and three microwave dishes over the next two years.  That is in addition to the two antennas they already have.  12/13/2009
