  Developer "FivePoint Communities" will open its first phase of 726 new homes at "Pavilion Park" - OC Great Park Irvine - with site selection and selling starting the weekend of September 7, 2013 - and model homes to be open later this month. It already has city of Irvine permission to build 4,894 new homes at "Great Park Neighborhoods" - north side of the Orange County Great Park.   It proposes to build another 4,606 new homes (on east side of the park) - and pay  $174 million in exchange for city approval to build and sell those homes.
