Market News Below are the North County San Diego zip code breakdowns for first half ending 2014 compared to first half ending 2013. As you can see, homes in the North County area remain strong with only one zip code slightly down. While things cooled in May, June came back across the county  as sales of previously owned single-family homes rose 14 percent and sales of previously owned condominiums/townhomes jumped 16 percent. One big help has been an increase in homes for sale coming on the market. Homes on the Multiple Listing Service have risen nearly 8,000 throughout San Diego County, the highest level since February 2012. The Summerhill Neighborhood in Encinitas CA   The Summerhill neighborhood in Encinitas is located about 1 mile east of the El Camino Real shopping corridor. And about 5 miles inland from the Encinitas beaches.   Summerhill is a community of about 200 single family twin homes with several floor plans, built in the mid-1980s.
