Park Encinitas is a Resident Owned Park on El Camino Real November 15, 2012 The streets are freshly coated, newer homes are replacing some of the older homes in the neighborhood, values are rising, pool, club house, pool table, RV storage around the back out of view and around the front views as seen here. My name is Michael Blue, I work at the Coldwell Banker Encinitas office located across the street and up Gardenview 1/2 block.  As you can see from the pictures here, some of the homes have great views, one is on the market now but shouldn't last long because it's the only one available at this time. Also notice some of the older homes are being replaced with a home like the one pictured below.  See the map further below for the exact location of Park Encinitas and call me at 760-88... 11/14/2012
