Great Morning to You!  Hope that You and Your Family are doing well!!! The Southern California real estate market was active in many Inland Empire cities and throughout the Southern California region.   Lower interest rates fueled activity for the fourth month in a row.  (stay tuned to hear this from the California Association of Realtors this week when numbers are released)  Lower inventory levels didn't help Buyers in the under a half a million dollars, or $500,000, price point.  I am hearing that interest rates which appear to be fueling the market activity and keeping inventory levels fairly low at 2 months in many major inland empire cities, will be the life force we need going into 2020.   Also, hearing from Harry Dent, all factors are now in place to have a major financial disrup...

Okay, sooooo....  I was out delivering gifts one day.  Drove up to my Clients home that I'd sold them, and I almost knew it was going to happen as I got close...I turned the corner and there was a for sale sign in the front yard.  NOT mine! I was so surprised it took a few moments for me to collect myself...I had the perfect present picked out to deliver to her.  So, I went ahead and walked up to the door, checking myself....and getting ready to face her despite her listing with another Realtor. I knocked.  She answered.  She invited me in...Her Realtor was actually there!  Her Realtor was someone that She'd met (a very kind woman) at their Church and we all talked.  I talked privately also when the Realtor was doing something in the home and my Client (Her Client) told me that She want...
