What's in a Last Name? A nice couple walked into an open house at my Mission Viejo listing at 22651 La Vina Drive.  We chatted about what they were looking for in a house and we got to where I asked for their contact information.   The girlfriend typed her info into my iPad.  I asked the boyfriend for his contact details.  He gave me his first name.  I asked for his last name trying to be funny, by saying "Do you have a last name?"  He dryly answered "No.  No, I don't."  I loved that answer!  I thought it was hilarious and immediately thought "These are my kind of people."   We seemed to get along well and have the synergy that makes working with people so nice.  I hoped they'd choose me as their Realtor and they did.  We're about two weeks into a  45 day escrow.  We're at the Request f... 08/04/2015
