Orange County CA home sales numbers were up 33 percent last month during July 2013 as compared with last year July 2012.   East Costa Mesa home sales numbers were were also up this year.  Home selling prices and values at East Costa Mesa have been way up on average during past 13 years.  26 East Costa Mesa homes sold this year during July 2013. The average East Costa Mesa CA home selling price for July 2013 was $847,365 - according to CRMLS multiple listing service.   East Costa Mesa home selling market 13 years ago during July 2000 had 19 home sales and average selling price of $346,126. So East Costa Mesa home sellers have enjoyed price increases total $501,239 during the time from July 2000 to July 2013 - an increase of 145 percent during that time. hings to Do in Costa Mesa - Free Movie Mondays at Segerstrom Hall     Segerstrom Hall is in the midst of its Free Moview Mondays this summer, and there are still two movies left in the series.   On Monday, July 29, 2013, Phantom of the Opera will play and on Monday, August 5, 2013, Evita will be presented.   It is shown on a screen just next to Segerstrom Hall, and people are welcome to bring a picnic, though no barbeques or hibachis. 16th Annual O.C.T.C. Costa Mesa Concerts in the Park Fairview Park 2013     Each year, the month of July brings free concerts in the park to Fairview Park in Costa Mesa.   This year, the concerts start on July 2 and run each Tuesday through July 30, 2013.   The concerts begin at 6:15pm and last for approximately one and a half hours.
