Things to Do in Costa Mesa - Farmers Market - OC Fairground - 9-26-13     The OC Fairgrounds Farmers' Market occurs most Thursdays between 9am and 1pm.    Farmers are there to sell their fruits, vegetables and nuts directly to the public. The average East Costa Mesa CA home selling price for July 2013 was $847,365 - according to CRMLS multiple listing service.   East Costa Mesa home selling market 13 years ago during July 2000 had 19 home sales and average selling price of $346,126.
