On a hot summer day, what could be more cool, refreshing and delicious than vanilla ice cream?There's soft spot in my heart (and mouth) for vanilla ice cream, as it was my Daddy's favorite.             As reported by the San Jose Mercury News, the Campbell Pruneyard Sold to Regency Centers. Formerly owned and recently renovated by Ellis Partners, the 15.9 acre Pruneyard retail complex at South Bascom and East Campbell Avenues has been purchased by Florida-based Regency Centers.
