The real estate market in Burbank has gained a great deal of traction within the past year, and now increasing numbers of buyers are shopping for homes. After years of tightened credit and a significant shortage of affordable credit and home loans, banks and other lenders serving the Burbank area are also offering more real estate loans at significantly better prices. That is thanks to improved confidence in the ability of borrowers to repay those loans, and easier credit is helping to facilitate home sales. Overall consumer confidence is also the highest it has been in at least five months according to recent government data. That trend – which was confirmed by robust holiday sales – is really good news for the housing market. Widespread predictions that this year’s sales would be only...

So you need to get away and take a trip out of California! Why not fly out of the Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, California. The Bob Hope Airport offers many different airlines. It is the most convenient airport in my opinion, to get in and out of when taking trips! The airport covers 610 acres and has two runways. It was formally known as Angeles Mesa Drive Airport from 1928-1930. Through the years the airport has been known by other names. The Bob Hope Airport has held its name since 2003-present! For more information regarding the Bob Hope Airport please visit the link below: www.burbankairport.com/ So get out and fly! CHEERS

Christmas is supposed to be a time of peace, love and goodwill to all. But with all the stress and commotion of the season, many of us end up feeling more like Mr. Scrooge than Santa Claus.  How to get into the Christmas Spirit?  Go out with your family to see other homes decorated with Christmas Decorations, or listen to Christmas music, or watch Christmas movies. "It's a Wonderful Life" is a good one for reviving a flagging Christmas spirit, as is "How the Grinch Stole Christmas Today my family took a small 1-min video in our Burbank CA neighborhood on Harvard Rd above glenaoks going towards The Castaway Restaurant. Happy Holidays from Lupe Soto Burbank Realtor in Los Angeles County, CA, USA

For those of you in the areas of Burbank, Studio City, Toluca Lake, Hollywood Hills and Universal City, I believe you owe it to yourselves to become acquainted with Universal City's planned expansion.  Specifically, Universal wants to build about 2700 homes on its backlot.  Traffic on Barham and Lankershim are already a nightmare, and the developers have joke-like plans to mitigate it.  Please see articles in the L.A. Times on this, or my other blog at http://sfvrealestate.blogspot.com and also the excellent Burbank, CA blog for discussion of the issues.

We all deal with internet leads.  Some more so than others.  Some of us actually pay (hello?!) for internet leads, some of us arrange our own websites designed to capture internet leads, and others just get some from our existing marketing channels. Whatever the number of internet leads you get, there is a key to conversion:  KNOW YOUR STUFF, and don't show all your panties at once! I'll explain what I mean by that. You may get some internet leads that will provide you with either an email address, a phone number, or both.  Most of the time it's just an email address. But in either case, here is what I recommend as I have been dealing with internet leads for quite a few years and have found what not only creates the highest percentage of responses, but what eliminates any waste of time ...
