Observation on the current Los Angeles Real Estate Market by Endre Barath, Jr. a Beverly Hills Realtor. As the first week of March comes to an end, we can certainly say there are a great number of distracting events taking place.  The war in Ukraine is likely first and foremost (or close to it) on most everyone's mind. Now that Open Houses are back in Los Angeles,  CA allow me to give advice to the potential buyers. Most importantly focus on the home not the agent that is sitting at the open house. If you get approached keep these questions in mind when you talk to the person sitting at the Open House.Often times you learn a few things. Lentil Soup for the New Years is a Hungarian Tradition. The lentils represent Prosperity. Growing up as a kid after the midnight mandatory Blue Danube waltz was played and my parents danced to the music it was followed by everyone having a small cup of Lentil Soup.As the years went by my mother would go to bed before midnight and my father and I stayed and toasted the New Year with a good glass of Champaign. Hope everyone had a fantastic New Year's Eve Celebration. I went to my favorite Wine house to get the Champagne. Keep in mind these guys introduced me to Krug when it was $89 per bottle... instead of the Yellow Label everyone claims to be good.... Now Krug NV is going for $250 per bottle.... so with that said I asked for a similar bottle that is good. As we enter the final month of 2021, I reflect on the results of this year’s past efforts and make my plan for next year. I’m fairly certain we all do this every December, realtors or not.I conclude that for me personally the year was a successful one. OK many of my readers will scratch their head, how can Endre compare Caramelizing Onions with Real Estate?
