Right now, the “for sale” sign post installers are busy installing signs, but not taking them down. If you find yourself with a house on the market and it's just not getting noticed amongst your competition, there are several strategies you can put in place to speed up the sale. Psychologically, the seller has to first prepare himself for selling the house. This is perhaps the hardest step to accomplish.
