    Low price Atascadero Homes For Sale There still are low price Atascadero homes for sale.  The prices have gone up, but there are still some bargains in Atascadero.  I recently looked at 2 houses.  One was on San Ardo and the other was on Yesal Ave.  The home on San Ardo was a short sale with a price in the mid $200,000 range.  It had a strange lay out but a DIY could add another bed room if needed.  It had a killer view from the second floor kitchen den area.  The home on Yesal Ave was on a lot of about a half acre.  It was a 1960's construction, but it had been upgraded with granite counter tops.  There was an office in the detached garage, but it could be converted back to a 2 car garage if need be.  This home lasted on the market for about 4 days, and is now in escrow.  We have s... 11/14/2013
