Today I decided to get away from my desk and my short sale transactions and take my dog to the beach.  This is part of my new year's resolution, which is to take more time for myself and my family.  So I loaded up the car, went to Pismo Beach, north of the pier, and joined other people running, walking, surfing, some with dogs, some not.  As I saw the many hotels and inns along the sand, I was reminded that many people come "HERE" for vacation.  And as I walked along chatting with people, most all of them were from out of town.  Located on the Central Coast, we have climate very similar to the Mediterranean.  Monarch butterflies even vacation here on their travels between Canada and Mexico.  Pismo Beach is part of the Five Cities which are small towns that are all attached and south of ... 01/07/2010
