25 Years Later...

We all know how it important it is to keep marketing consistently, to farm on a regular basis over a long period of time. A lot of the time when handing out flyers or doorknocking in your farm you don't get instantaneous results nor do you expect them. A homeowner may get a flyer and hold onto it for a year or two and when they're ready to buy/sell they've still got it on their fridge or around the house and decide to give you a call. In a recent event at our RE/MAX NOC office, it wasn't a flyer a client held onto, but a promise and it wasn't a year or two before calling, but 25 years.One of our agents here at RE/MAX NOC, Bill Sylvis, just had a call from a homeowner in Anaheim wanting to list his home.
