Real Estate Trends for Aliso Viejo October 2013 Courtesy of Brian Jones Realtor (949) 422-1636   Average price per square foot for Aliso Viejo CA was $333, an increase of 31.1% compared to the same period last year. The median sales price for homes in Aliso Viejo CA for Aug 13 to Nov 13 was $484,250 based on 190 home sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price increased 26.1%, or $100,250, and the number of home sales decreased 11.2%.   There are currently 166 resale and new homes in Aliso Viejo.
