Things to do in Alameda on July 1 and 2, 2017 HAPPY 4TH OF JULY. Don’t miss Alameda’s parade on July 4 beginning at 10:00 am starting on Lincoln Avenue and Park Street. Alameda Walks - Shoreline to Doolittle Pond Walk on Saturday, July 1 from 9:00 am to 10:15 am. Meet at intersection of Park Street and Shoreline Drive across the street from Sushi House. The walk will explore the shoreline of South Shore, cross over the Bay Farm Bridge. Walk will be led by East Bay Regional District Naturalist Michael Charnofsky. Note: walk lasts 1 hour 20 minutes The Alameda’s Farmer’s Market is open to the public Saturday July 1 morning from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, rain or shine.
