  California Coastal Cleanup on September 15 California Coastal Cleanupis taking place on September 15 in  Alameda at the corner of Park Street and Shoreline Drive.at 8:30 am to Noon. Sponsored by the East Bay Regional Park District this is the 27th Annual Coastal Cleanup Day.   Volunteers are need in many shoreline and creek areas to clean up debris and recyclable materials.
