OUR STRAWBERRIES AFTER TWO DAYS OF RAIN IN OCTOBER!!Who would have thought we would still have fresh strawberries growing in our Garden in Victoria, BC on Thanksgiving.After several days of rain I took these two photos to capture my proof that fresh strawberries are still alive an well this October day in our back yard. This photo was taken on October 12/15 after several days of rain. Canadian Thanksgiving. These strawberries were babies from my hanging basket strawberry plants. This year I tried growing strawberries in an hanging basket that I had left over from last year, It was very productive throughout the summer. I added a drip irrigation to the basket which helped them survive our usually hot summer in Victoria, BC. These strawberry plants are now at the end of producing juicy st... 10/12/2015

Victoria is seeing another Indian Summer again this Fall, The Rains has started, yet we're seeing back to back Sunny Days too. Yesterday while out for a daily walk with my Puppy 7 month old Mini Poodle, we went along a Trail near us known as Panama Flats in Saanich. Beside the trail is a pond where our local Ducks reside and call home. The Sunny afternoon presented a nice opportunity for a great Photo Opportunity. Enjoy   11/08/2014
