I have decided to write a weekly post detailing a different neighborhood in my area of Yuma, AZ.  Yuma's neighborhood of the week is Belleza.  Belleza is a beautiful development located in a central location off of 6E.  It is right off the araby rd exit and exactly two exits away from both Fortuna Rd if you need to get to the foothills and 16th Street if you need to get into town and to the Yuma Palms Mall.  There are many more reasons Yuma neighborhood of the week is Belleza, for example it is a very private 92 home community with very friendly neighbors and home prices though dropping slightly like most homes people are still moving in to Belleza.  One other particular quality about Yuma neighborhood of the week, Belleza is the style in which they are built.  They are Yuma's only Bloc... 10/09/2009

Where is that you might ask? well I have lived in many places in the good ol' USA and even out of the country as well and have seen all climates.  I do have to brag though about my hometown Yuma, AZ.  Yes it may be hot in the summer for about 3 months it can be between 108 and 120(sometimes even hotter) but that I will more than take to reach the majority of the year which is between 50 and 90. Social Networking sites including the ones specialized to the real estate market like Active Rain are amazing for increasing your exposure on the web.  If you are a new REALTOR looking to get found or a savvy experienced REALTOR looking to get your listings out to the masses.  Social networking is nothing more than specific algorithms used to find interrelatedness between friends or followers.  One of the main algorithms used is what is called the clustering coefficient. Wow. What do you do when a 203k borrower ignors your work write up and thinks they have all that money to do whatever they want to do. That is the call I had today. What a nightmare. Contractors were given different instructions by the borrower that contridicted the job specs which clearly describes the 'scope of work'. You have to go back to the contracts that were signed by the borrower and contractor that specifically forbid that action. The draw inspection can only be for the items on the draw request. Those additional items must be paid for by the borrower out of their pocket or.... the big OR. What happens from this point? Any suggestions.
