The Market Report for Queen Creek November 2014 reveals a number of interesting statistics regarding the local real estate market for the Town of Queen Creek, Maricopa County. The Queen Creek area includes neighborhoods such as Cortina, Hastings Farms, Montelena, Sossaman Estates and the Villages at Queen Creek as well as many homes with no HOA and horse properties. The local market report tells us that the number of new listings in November 2014 was down 16.3% from October. The number of closed sales was 93 which was down 1.1% from the previous month. We typically see a bit of a ramp up in the real estate market as soon as the summer heat dissipates and then a slow down again as we approach the holiday season.
