Fairways at the Legacy, Cachet at the Legacy, Encanto at the Legacy Some of the more popular subdivisions in South Mountain are the ones located in and around the Legacy Golf Resort. I get so many inquiries from potential clients regarding this area. It's a beautiful location. Lush, green golf course, mountain views as a backdrop, and the resort side of it is great, too. The communities are gated and you can pick from a larger, single family home or a condo. THE LEGACY GOLF RESORT-HOMES & CONDOMINIUMS IN PHOENIX AZ Of course, since our Valley of the Sun is legendary for its golf courses, I must include a brief description of the homes and condominiums surrounding The Legacy Golf Resort in the South Mountain area of Phoenix. The community spans from 24th Street to 32nd Street, just north of Baseline Road. There are three separate communities within the golf resort boundaries, Fairways at the Legacy, Cachet at the Legacy Condominiums, and Encanto at the Legacy. The Fairways at the Legacy was built by Engle Homes from 1999 to 2001. The condominiums were built by Cachet Homes from 2000 to 2004.
