MIM Summer concert schedule HI, A couple of days ago I mentioned the upcoming Jazz Festival at the JW Marriott Resort.  While that should be a fantastic event, I would be remiss in not mentioning that there is a continually wonderful schedule of varied musical events at the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM), also located in Desert Ridge.  The great thing is that some of these events are free while others do require paid tickets.  That means not only is there practially something for everyone regarding types of music, but also budget. This coming week features MIM Musical Interludes from the ASU School of Music with John Ericson, horns and brass on 9/28.  Admission if free.  Saturday, 10/1 is an evening of Irish fiddle and guitar music with Martin Hayes and Dennis Cahill. Desert Ridge Market Report for June 2007 There were 27 homes sold in Desert Ridge in June, with an average listing price of $637,596 and an average sale price of $616,111.  Sale prices were 97% of list prices.  Sold Price per Square Foot was $234.35.
