My mother is selling her condo in Phoenix, Arizona.  Her Broker, Kathy O'Neill-O'Connor, is doing an amazing job.  My mother is quasi-retired and looking forward to the next stage of her life. When your relatives are involved in a real estate transaction remember to promote referral fees.  It is a professional courtesy that can provide value to your family members.  We will be paying for a trip to Disneyland with the referral fee from the sale of her condo.  It is a nice plus. It is also reassuring to my Mother to know that I have interviewed her Broker for her.
