Here is the most recent Gilbert AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for August 2022:  The average sales price of Gilbert homes has decreased for the third straight month after increasing for four months in a row, going from $712,625 in July to $689,651 for August. Average sales prices in Gilbert have increased in 21 out of the last 28 months, but I think that may not be the case moving forward.After increasing for five straight months, the average sold price per square foot of Gilbert homes has decreased for the second straight month, going from $310/sf in June to $293/sf in August.
