Here is the most recent Gilbert AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for October 2022:  The average sales price of Gilbert homes has decreased for the fifth straight month after increasing for four months in a row, going from $719,659 in May to $642,048 for October. I think that the days of home price increases each month are over for a while.After decreasing for three straight months, the average sold price per square foot of Gilbert homes has increased in October, going from $281/sf in September to $282/sf in October.
