Recently, the TV show Listings & Lifestyles featured two of my luxury homes for sale in Flagstaff.  It was a lot of fun, and an honor to be one of the two Flagstaff Luxury agents featured on a show that normally airs in the Valley.  The featured photo is me getting wired for sound by the producer.This clip highlights the home for sale located at 40 N Lake Hills Dr. Flagstaff, AZ 86004.  Since the filming of this show, we have had a price adjusment.  This gorgeous luxury estate is now offered at $1,700,000. My favorite part is when we were outside on the deck and I was talking about the wildlife you can see right in your own backyard.  As we were filming, a deer popped its head over the railing, looked at us for a minute, then sauntered off.  It was perfect!
