Update: 12/30/20 - This home was to close on Jan 15, 2021. The buyer was hoping we could accommodate a closing on or before December 30th.  This is when her rental was up.  We worked hard to accommodate the buyer on this request.  All parties (buyer and seller) are important and I was happy my seller agreed.  I have only closed on 2 homes on the last day of the year.  Coincidently, it was this same house that closed on New Year's Eve four years ago!
