The average sales price per square foot also continues to increase, and is now up to $234/sf from $228/sf last month. Days on market dropped for the second month in a row, down to an all-time low of 22 after it increased the two months prior.  Chandler home sales are up 4.7% from March of last year (and the highest they have been in this month since 2018), coming in at 357 for March of 2021. Intel Investing $20 Billion In Chandler, AZ Expansion! In what is being described as the largest private investment in Arizona history, Intel announced Tuesday, March 23rd, a $20 billion expansion for its Chandler Ocotillo Campus. Part of this expansion to its semiconductor manufacturing operations in the state, Intel is building two new fabrication facilities on the campus, bringing 3,000 construction jobs, 3,000 tech jobs and 15,000 more jobs indirectly. Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey remarked at the announcement as "further evidence that the state of Arizona is a jobs juggernaut."
