Now that the drywall is on and the cabinets are starting to be iinstalled it is time for new photos. Enjoy! On Wednesday, I got a "desperation" call from a BPO company asking if I would PLEASE do a BPO in Buckeye, AZ.  Since the home was in a tract subdivision with about 30 homes the exact same model, I took the order.  I was actually glad to take it because I had heard on "Culinary Confessions", a radio talk show Mondays through Fridays from 11 AM to 1 PM on KAZG 1440 AM about a great out of the way place that was in Buckeye.  I scheduled my day to be in this area around lunch time so I could try it out.   Waddell's Longhorn Corral at 1629 N 195th Ave in Buckeye, AZ didn't disappoint.  We ordered a ham sandwich which came with two choices of sides.  It was easily big enough to split between the two of us.
