  The real estate market in Ahwatukee remains pretty flat. We are seeing a slight dip in list prices, however, sales prices continue to rise...ever so slightly each month.  This is indicative of a flat market where sellers are finally getting the message that "testing the market" with a higher price is not working.  We are seeing price reductions every day, but as I said, sales prices are not falling.
