Nathaniel flew from New York to one of the New Construction homes for sale in Alexander AR! There are a LOT of moving parts when it comes to any transaction but when you add a cross-country relocation into the mix, things can get tricky! What you wouldn't know just by looking at this picture is that the first time Nathaniel toured his home was at the final walk through. Because flights can get expensive, we had to get creative and use video to allow Nathaniel to tour homes and areas virtually. I went through two phone mounts for my car helping Nathaniel see properties by recording videos from my dashboard as I drove around different communities.
