Talladega County real estate is an area which need not be overlooked and I could kick myself for not doing this sooner.  I checked the MLS system and in Talladega county there have been 344 sales in the last 12 months.  Which compared to Birmingham Homes at 3011 doesn't seem like a lot but when you look at the ratio of agents to transactions it only makes sense to at least attempt to market those areas for Home buyers.  So I built out two more pages for my website to include a Sylacauga Real Estate page and a Childersburg Homes page.  If for nothing else to show the fine folks in Talladega county that they to are worth my time and efforts. I have listed a NICE piece of property! The only problem is I don't know where my marketing dollars would best be spent. I am relatively new to the real estate industry (going on 5 years in Alabama) and have worked with all kinds of property, yet this is my first experience with a rural piece of property with this hefty of a price tag; $945,000. I have done research and found a few options, all of which are EXTREMELY expensive. Bloodhorse magazine seems to be a big hit for advertising horse farms and the like. Although this property doesn't have horse stables or a big barn. It's most impressive features are the land itself. In my opinion, it would make an incredible church retreat or hunting camp. Sorry for the delay in writing this NASCAR recap.  But, whew, what a race!  The tailspins in Talladega were the stuff of legends and the finish was a sight to behold.  Since Saturday was rained out, there was no practice session for the Sprint Cup guys.  They lined up according to points to start the day at Talladega, with Jimmie Johnson leading the charge.  The first caution of the day was a competition caution at Lap 21 so everyone could check out the car after sitting since Friday.  The two-car breakaway took precidence all day as we saw a record 88 lead changes by the end of the race.  It appeared that Jeff Burton (#31) was the guy to buddy up with to charge to the head of the field.  He was on fire and helped several different guys lead.The first big wreck occurred on lap 84, when ... 04/28/2010
