I attended a Zoom meeting on ChatGPT presented by my local Bucks County Board of Realtors.  Wow, it was really fascinating. Chat-GPT is an artificial intelligence that has been up and running since November and in the works for much longer.  Chat-GPT's input is only up to date until 2021, The free version is 3.5 and can be found at open AI.com if you want to try it and learn to use it.
