On May 18, 2023, National Association of Realtors® (NAR) reported that nationwide median home value price was $388,800 in April of 2023 down 1.7% from the price of $395,500 in April of 2022.Single family home sales were at annual rate of 3.85 million units in April of 2023 declined 3.5% from the annual rate of 3.99 million home sales in Mach of 2023, and fell 22.4% from home sales in April of 2022. The median single family home price was $393,300 in April of 2023, decreased 2.1% from April of 2022.Condominium and co-op sales lost 2.3% to an annual rate of 430,000 units in April of 2023 from March of 2023, and fell 29.5% from April of 2022.
